We have a wonderful facility you can rent for your wedding, anniversary, birthday, or any other party you need a hall for. We have two large banquet rooms with seating for 400 people total.  We have a professional, courteous staff waiting to take care of your needs. There is a full bar that is currently not open to the public so you won’t have people crashing your party. There is a PA system available so you can make announcements and be heard, and people will be able to hear what the wedding party has when they propose their toast. There are three rooms and some prefer to keep smoking in the bar only so others can enjoy the dance in a room not clouded with smoke.  When you plan your party at Westgate, you make the rules. There is also a stage for your band or DJ. We can also provide transportation to and from a local hotel and we also work with local hotels for good deals on blocks of rooms. All of this plus an amazing view of the Chippewa River Valley and Eau Claire.

There is a 200 person minimum for hall rental on Saturdays (These minimums are negotiable if you are having a smaller party on short notice i.e. within 30 days.)

• A $400.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the hall for your event along with a signed contract. The remaining rental fee to be paid 60 days prior to your event along with your food and beverage orders.  (Negotiable for smaller parties on short notice.)

• Our Set-up/Clean-up fee is included with the hall rental fee.

• No outside vendors or food is to be brought in.***No Exceptions

• Outside cakes are allowed.

• All beverages must be purchased through Westgate Sportsman’s Club.***No Exceptions

• No parties or receptions are to be booked without food purchase.

• All food bills are subject to a 18% gratuity, and 5.5% sales tax.

• All bar tabs are subject to a 17% service charge on the total tab bill.
